A Rainy Morning at Larz Anderson

While the weather unfortunately scared off a large portion of attendees, the light showers during this morning's Tutto Lite event at the Larz Anderson Auto Museum proved to be quite photogenic.  With vibrant yellows and reds popping against the wet grass, it was both a photographer's dream and nightmare as I drifted across the lawn through the rain with my very non-weather-sealed 1970's lens.

A followup event to the museum's Tutto Italiano, Larz Anderson was the temporary home to a lovely collection of Italian automobiles today.  Arriving quite early to a lineup of only a Ferrari 330 GTC, 612 Scaglietti, and an Alfa Romeo Guilia Spider, I was a bit anxious about the impact the forecast would have on the event's turnout.  Luckily, a parade of Alfa Guilia's and various Ferrari's arrived over the course of the next few hours, only to suddenly disperse around noon when the rain briefly picked up.  Nonetheless, it was a morning well spent.
